Room Deposit
- Summer and Prime Season: 1st Days room and tax due at time of reservation, balance due in full upon arrival.
- Special Event: Entire amount pre-paid at time of reservation. (New Years, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Essence Fest, Southern Decadence/Labor Day, Halloween, and Bayou Classic).
- Rooms are held but not confirmed until deposit is received and processed.
- No minimum for Sunday thru Thursday, 2 day minimum Friday and Saturday (Special Events may require longer minimum stay).
Cancellations and refunds
- To ensure a Full Refund of your deposit, please cancel 14 Days prior to arrival during Regular Season, or 30 days prior to arrival for Special Events.
Payment
- We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Cash, Personal or Travelers Checks.
- Rates quoted (US$) include all applicable taxes.
- Rooms are sold by Balcony Guest House only and may not be resold. All guests must be registered.

Check-In and Checkout
- Check-in is after 3 PM*.
- Checkout is before 11 AM.
* If you expect an arrival at a later hour, we will be happy to make alternative arrangements for you to receive your guest packet and key.
Our Hours
Located at the cashiers counter, in the downstairs grocery. We are staffed, and:
- Available from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Available from 9 AM to 3 PM, Sunday.
Our Smoking Policy
As a courtesy to all of our Guests, smoking is not permitted in the Guest Rooms, or in the shared parlor. Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony.
